Meet The Team

I am the managing director at Vinci Response Services. I pride myself in being able to identify solutions, oversee projects through to the end, keep clients up to date and deliver what we say we will deliver. When I am not working I am at my happiest when spending time with my family and my dog. I also enjoy golf, motorbikes, hiking/walks and holidays.

I joined Vinci in 2023 to lead our exceptional sales and customer service team. I bring a fresh and experienced perspective into the team with a real focus on customer satisfaction.  Liasing with clients, the operations team, suppliers and contractors I really enjoy delivering value and quality solutions for our customers and clients at Vinci.

My role at Vinci is varied and covers the planning of technical operations, equipment and technicians, right through to client visits and onsite quality control.  The rapidly changing and growing world of Vinci certainly keeps us on our toes.

My responsibilities cover the administration of financial transactions within the business such as payments, reconciliation and generating financial reports. I also oversee and support all administrative duties within the office and ensure the office operates smoothly.

Cerise joined Vinci with a wealth of Sales experience and customer-focused enthusiasm. Cerise loves solving problems and giving amazing service, as Vinci Response encompasses both aspects, Cerise becomes a valuable asset for the team, the company and our wonderful clients.

My duties include scheduling in works, assisting technicians as required, ordering stock and materials. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, days out, walking the dog and eating out.

My name is Paul, and I am the Marketing Director. I work alongside the senior leadership team at Vinci to help conceptualise new digital marketing strategies, overseeing their implementation and monitoring their success. I love my sport so when I’m not at work I’ll either be on the golf course, cycling along the sea front or watching football.

My job is all about creating compelling content for Vinci’s website. Whether it’s insightful blog posts or new service pages, my aim is to get the website ranking highly on search engines like Google. I do love to write, so outside of work, you’ll find me working on my first novel. Either that or trying to lift heavy things in the gym.
