MEET THE TEAM

I am the managing director at Vinci Response Services. I pride myself in being able to identify solutions, oversee projects through to the end, keep clients up to date and deliver what we say we will deliver. When I am not working I am at my happiest when spending time with my family and my dog. I also enjoy golf, motorbikes, hiking/walks and holidays.

I joined Vinci in 2023 to lead our exceptional sales and customer service team. I bring a fresh and experienced perspective into the team with a real focus on customer satisfaction.  Liasing with clients, the operations team, suppliers and contractors I really enjoy delivering value and quality solutions for our customers and clients at Vinci.

My role at Vinci is varied and covers the planning of technical operations, equipment and technicians, right through to client visits and onsite quality control.  The rapidly changing and growing world of Vinci certainly keeps us on our toes.

My responsibilities cover the administration of financial transactions within the business such as payments, reconciliation and generating financial reports. I also oversee and support all administrative duties within the office and ensure the office operates smoothly.

I work for Vinci Response Service within the accountancy department. I help with the daily running of accounts but also offer help and support to all of my colleagues should they require it. I also like to keep my colleagues hydrated and would say hands down that I am the best tea maker within the business!

I am a key account manager for Vinci Response. I primarily deal with insurance companies, loss adjusters and loss assessors on the reinstatement side of the company. My day is comprised of sending reports and schedules of work, raising estimates, scheduling our multi-skilled trades and ordering the materials they need to complete their work, liaising with policyholders, and general administration duties.

An ever growing team of technicians and specialists with a combined 100+ years of industry experience.  Specialists in cleaning, property restoration, advanced building drying and renovating property interiors and exteriors as well as public places. There isn’t any job that we aren’t able to accommodate.
