I am the managing director at Vinci Response Services. I pride myself in being able to identify solutions, oversee projects through to the end, keep clients up to date and deliver what we say we will deliver. When I am not working I am at my happiest when spending time with my family and my dog. I also enjoy golf, motorbikes, hiking/walks and holidays.

I joined Vinci in 2023 to lead our exceptional sales and customer service team. I bring a fresh and experienced perspective into the team with a real focus on customer satisfaction.  Liasing with clients, the operations team, suppliers and contractors I really enjoy delivering value and quality solutions for our customers and clients at Vinci.

As Chief Operating Officer at Vinci, I oversee the planning and execution of our technical operations, ensuring that every aspect, from equipment and resource management to technician coordination, runs seamlessly.

My responsibilities cover the administration of financial transactions within the business such as payments, reconciliation and generating financial reports. I also oversee and support all administrative duties within the office and ensure the office operates smoothly.

I work as the Operations Assistant at Vinci Response, helping with the day-to-day admin to keep things running smoothly. I make sure everything is organised and support the team wherever I’m needed. I like keeping things in order and making sure the company runs as efficiently as possible.

In my role as Operations Assistant I deal with insurance companies, loss adjusters, loss assessors and customers from the beginning of their claim journey, up to the start of any required reinstatement work. Usual daily activities include ensuring the Technicians schedules of work are kept up to date, answer any incoming queries, upload any new work orders, submitting costs to the insurer for approval, ordering materials required to complete their work and general administrative duties.

I work for Vinci Response Service within the accountancy department. I help with the daily running of accounts but also offer help and support to all of my colleagues should they require it. I also like to keep my colleagues hydrated and would say hands down that I am the best tea maker within the business!

As Inbound Technical Sales Manager at Vinci, I connect client needs with the right technical solutions, managing inquiries, proposals, and project coordination. The role blends technical expertise with customer focus in an environment that’s constantly evolving.

As an Account Executive at Vinci, I manage client relationships from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring each solution meets both technical and commercial goals. The role combines strategic sales insight with hands-on client support in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
